💼 Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility support, and feeding
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and companionship
Document client conditions and report changes to supervisors
Follow individualized care plans and adhere to infection prevention protocols

✅ Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in home support is an asset
Completion of an accredited caregiver program or equivalent experience in elderly or disability care
First Aid/CPR certification required or preferred
Minimum 1 year recent caregiving experience (in-home, nursing, private residence)
Clean criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector clearance
Language proficiency: English (or French) at Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level 5 or higher; IELTS or CELPIP accepted
Reliable transportation (driver’s license + vehicle) is an asset, especially for community care visits

💵 Compensation & Benefits
Hourly wage: CAD 22 – 28, depending on experience and certification level
Live‑in roles may include housing and food allowances or full accommodation
